WCNY | I didn’t want to take away Abe’s post below but also wanted to share my weight loss progress. I was also on losartin for years along with 2 other BP meds. In July after working with my doctor I am completely off them all. losartin was the last to go and now that it was mentioned I do feel more at ease and more patient with daily issues.
Working with my doctor on this diet was surprisingly a great experience and during my July appointment he shared he had followed the Atkins diet since college and wasn’t surprised by my results. I am down 90+ pounds since February and nearing the weight when I graduated high school 47 years ago.
My wife is doing very well too.
