Someone above mentioned making them into patties and covering with corn meal. CB does that but instead of corn meal she uses pork panko (pork rinds ground up) for the coating to keep it animal and minimal carbs. She likes them that way. I will eat them and think they are "ok". But she always liked salmon patties and I just think they are "ok".

Edit: she mixes an egg in to hold them together better.
