I’ve gotten to where I just buy a regular head of lettuce. I can chop it up, run it through a spinner to dry it out, then put it in the fridge and it will last a couple weeks usually. It’s so much cheaper than the bag salad I can pick through it and get rid of the parts of the head that aren’t as good.
