I always liked fish-but was picky about what I liked. I really was not a fan of Salmon. Recently got some fillets. Cooked one in unsalted butter & dowsed it with McKormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. WOW! EVER so good! Just tried it again, Yup! Same thing.
