Wisconsin
Most motorhomes never make it to 100,000 miles, so there's not enough fuel savings to pay the premium for a diesel. Motorhomes are built to a reliability standard somewhere between a mobile home and a Belarus tractor, once their out of warranty it's bad, truck shops don't like to work on them, even some of the systems are different from trucks, RV dealers don't exactly attract the "top shelf" mechanics, anything more complicated is more expensive, and that includes diesels. Class C are probably better than A in this regard.
