I saw this very discussion on a Lake Erie fishing site I follow. If the guide is the owner of the business he does not expect a tip. If he is and employee $50 to $100 per guy is reasonable. An extra deck hand if there is one usually works mostly for tips like a waitress or waiter so tip them accordingly.
