Embarrass WI | I've had good luck with a FoodSaver vacuum sealer. First one is 15-20 years old, still works well. Found another at a garage sale for $5, couldn't pass that up-it's a fancier newer model so it gets used more. Picked up another at a rummage sale for $5-10 that I resold to a young guy that used to work for us for the same $$.
Chinese plastic, either rolls or bags, seems to work just fine. I prefer bags, saves 1/2 the time since you only have to seal one end. | |
