Dr Nadir Ali interview. He is not a doctor I follow all the time but have heard presentations via Low Carb Down Under or other venues. Always was impressed with his humble approach and great depth of knowledge. In the case of my wife and I, our LDL did not go up on low carb. But for quite a few people it does and this tends to worry their doctors if they subscribe to the notion that cholesterol is a problem for heart disease. Dr Ali looks at it differently and his ideas are worthy of consideration.
