Mrs here. Have had migraine aura without the headache as a diagnosis - bright flashing lines falling down in field of vision that last about a half hour. Drinking a Mountain Dew quickly or caffeine helps go faster. Make sure you follow-up to make sure it's not something else since happening more often. Mine are spaced months to years apart.
