Iowa | I plant with an older Trimble 500 setup with an ag25 antenna and use the Iowa DOT cors for RTK. I ended up sliding my antenna 6in off center to the left this year to get my guess rows right. Seemed like I couldn't get it consistent with offsets on the display, but it worked great with the antenna offset on the tractor. I figured my planter might have been tweaked and wasn't running perfect behind the tractor or something... the odd thing was that I output the signal from the Trimble to an Ag leader display to control/monitor the planter and it showed the guess rows were off with the antenna shifted over, but the Trimble display didn't... | |
