NE SD | We had a similar situation, needing to transfer SMS Basic to a new laptop. We had not kept up with all of the updates so before it would let us transfer old data to the new laptop, we needed to get to the current version. Customer support was great in helping me get that done and getting SMS up are running again. Wish all CS people were that helpful and respectful.
