There is no such thing as a reusable hydraulic hose coupling. There are field attachable which are a screw together coupling that you don't need a crimper press for but they aren't intended to be reused. When you fully tighten the field attachable or crimp a standard hose end the hose gets smashed between the ferrule and the OD of the stem. To be able to seal that kind of pressure the contact pressure between all the parts is REALLY high and the metallic coupling stem collapses up to about 10% of the diameter. You'll never get a reliable joint if you attempt to reuse hose end fittings used in wire braid and wire spiral hose.

That coupling is Gates 7322-5014 16GS-16FLHMLBT-TCX. Might be able to get a Gates distributor to order the fitting and make a hose.
