I put a trailer brake controller on a 09 GMC Yukon. When you press the brake peddle the controller goes up to whatever voltage you have it set at. Let off the brake and the controller drops to 0 then a few seconds later starts climbing back to whatever voltage it is set at.
Where would you even start looking for a problem like that?
