I’ve never heard of this test before, sounds like a good one to take especially if you have a family history of heart problems. You said yours is bad at 429, what is the number they consider it bad? I don’t have a family history of heart disease but do know plenty that do. Thanks for posting I’ll share this with some of the ones I know. Good luck getting your numbers down.
