Its a very poor design. The bolt slides thru that tube, and when you grease it, the zerk is located on the outer tube, so grease only gets in between those two and can't get to the bolt. Mine got regular greasing, but when I went to replace the bushings, I couldn't get the bolts out, froze up. Both sides. Wound up cutting the bolt between the mount and tube. One of many reasons I bought a Honda.
