My Kinze 2600 planter has a lot of wear on the gauge wheel pivot pins. Shoup has a rebuild kit (GWK3000) which involves sliding a bushing over the existing pin and installing a new gauge wheel & shims. Has anyone got any experiences with this repair kit they would share, good, bad or indifferent? The alternative is to replace the complete shank assembly.
