just curious how much of Eastern NE this affects? I was in NioBrara this past weekend. And although they are low on water, river is low etc. The pastures looked great. I know that can be deceiving, because i also thought the crops looked short, NW and my corn in Southern MN is bigger then the corn out in NE Nebraska. Not criticizing, just asking!
