| Hankster is right about the doweled posts having a domed top. A lot of peeled posts are dome topped also. It reduces the splintering when driving posts.
Here the trees are 7-10 days ahead of normal. Grass is slower than normal due to how dry we are.
My dad was rolling a field we underseeded to alfalfa and had a stubble fire from a spark when the roller hit a rock. Luckily he had some loose soil to put it out. That’s a first here.
