MN | July 11-12-13 1995 we were hit by three consecutive derecho's, the first two being the worst, my wife and I were hiding the the northwest corner of the basement with our then 10 month old baby.We didn't have internet the local tv weather for caster was tracking them every night as they swept across North Dakota,we'd watch the tv weather until the power went out and head for the basement...something my wife and I will never forget........https://www.spc.noaa.gov/misc/AbtDerechos/casepages/jul1995derechopage.htm | |
