Will go ahead and mention it, what if we actually see above trend yields, 183 or so? It’s been 4 years since we were above trend one could say we are due. Overall I would guess spring has been as good of start as most have had in a while (think big picture not one’s backyard).
Trend line yields are not immune from the law of diminishing returns.
