So take your back arm and place your hand on a firm surface with your fingers spread as wide apart as you can. Then try and bend you wrist to 90 degrees. Do that stretch as often as you think of it for 30 seconds.
You should feel the stretch right to the sore elbow. Pain should go away in a week or so.
