If a person is taking medication to lower cholesterol or eating a diet low in cholesterol, they might want to spend the time to listen to this one. It completely explains a generation of wrong think and gives the research that was ignored to back it up. Carbohydrates are more likely to be the problem for some people for heart disease, not animal fats. Vegetable fats more likely to be a problem rather than animal fats.
