Central Illinois | In January our 6 year old top load Whirlpool was growling as it agitated. My wife wanted front load this time. We chose GE washer & dryer this time. I told her to get the bases for each so she didn't have to get down on her hands and knees to load and unload each of them. The additional storage in each base is very good. We shall see how long they last ( we do have an extended warranty for each appliance). Good Luck. | |
