I have not heard of any emulator that will allow Apple products to run on a Microsoft Surface.  I think there are some emulators for android apps to work.

My Ipad pro is my only apple product that I run, the rest is either andoid or windows.  I bought the ipad due to certain products that only run on it.  It has been handy to have the large portable screen at times when using the cell phone data plan on it for certain media content when traveling.
