The cheese curds minus the gravy and French fries would pass though. Put a steak under the cheese curds or a big ole hamburger patty, then you have something!
My wife does make a really tasty gravy out of cream cheese, cream and butter or fat drippings (bacon, yumm). Makes a white gravy with no grains or starch that is low carb and very tasty.
