Yep, fresh cut fries topped with cheese curds and then drizzled with hot gravy. Little village above 1/2 hour east of Ottawa called St. Albert that has a cheese plant that makes outstanding cheese curds that are remarkable on poutine. I’m 8 hours from there and everybody knows about them.
