Central NC | No opinion, but sap is rising now, if you cut a groove in the stump and fill it, should go down within 5-15 minutes, if it don’t go down, you are skewed
I use undiluted 41 percent gly, Oct 1 to end of Feb, might can stretch a little in spring on oak, sap rises early for maple, poplar and sweet gum, 2 1/2 gal of gly goes a long ways, you probably will have to do a foliage spray
