I have a br7070 with the crop cutter and I have the same problem with stalks plugging right before the rotor. So it’s not just your machine! If I had to bale very many I would trade balers. I usually only make 30-40 cornstalk bales per year so I’ve found that baling behind a chopping corn head without raking works the best. I can drive pretty fast and the not having a big windrow helps.
