Agree Miranda. It even gets more complicated in fact that if somebody buys a loader or a lawn mower for a farm acreage but not involved in production, it is technically taxable. So if no agricultural production than taxable. Sam for. Backhoe, you buy it to clean cattle pens, it is deductible, you go fix tile with it,it is not. It is a big can of worms. That is Minnesota, than throw in SD sales tax on everything.
