There is a couple hail Mary's you could try if you are handy.
Open the computer (if its a desktop) and see the shiny 25 cent sized battery? Should be a 2032 size, replace that.
Next reseat the RAM
Lastly, you might have a bad power supply or the motherboard is dead.
You kept that computer way too long. Its winter and good luck.
