You can get the same reports from John Deere Operations Center from a Deere sprayer.
Enter the mix used into the monitor in the sprayer. You can set up tank mixes ahead of time, or just enter in the cab as you go.
Once a mix is entered in the monitor, it remains in place for each field sprayed thereafter until you change it.
With an mtg installed, it sends data automatically to Op Center.
Print the reports you need from Op Center in your office, and you can bill chems used by field from that.

I buy chems the same way as was mentioned above: figure up what I need for the entire operation for the year and order them in.
I charge all chems straight to each crop enterprise in our financial records.
When it comes time to bill landlords, the sprayer reports from Op Center lets me bill landlords accurately for what we used on each farm/field.
When they pay us, those $ get credited back to each enterprise of our own farm, so we have an accurate usage to know what the financial results are from each enterprise.
This method works whether landlords want to pre-pay, or be billed after the season.
