Do you have a display that you enter everything in and document what is sprayed/applied? I have experience with John Deere Operations Center and FieldView. In both of those platforms, you can export data into a spreadsheet for analysis. If done completely and error-free (those are the challenging parts), it is very easy to compile what was sprayed where after you get the information into a spreadsheet.
if you don’t track inputs in a display that can be exported in such a manner, one could enter everything into a spreadsheet manually. You could (should) have drop-down lists for consistent data entry. One line/record for each input. You could have some sort of input form for the applicator to jot things into, then enter them in the spreadsheet as time permits. I could expound on the method if it’s of interest. This is what I do for my yearly enterprising
