s nd | I gave our eighty year old local veteran my older samsung phone to see if he would like figuring out a smart phone. Was going to add to him my account. Now he's worse than some kids. He did go the trac phone route, but sure is doing okay with hearing aids hook up and such. He is part of a bunch of us that meet for coffee at the coop often. I end up being the google guy to look up obits and ages and such. We have a pretty good time. I was thinking if I could get a bigger touch screen to work, I would get him set up the same. He does not have internet at his house, but said when it gets to 30 bucks he might bite. I would furnish it if he would let me. Told him if he ever went to you tube he would probably never come up town again. No cable or air tv. DVD's. is all. I'm leaning towards the 8-10 inch touch screen unless the tablet would work the same. The computer store guy says we can't bother them to much. Thanks for responding. | |
