ididnt cook mine enough last spring and got really sick ......campylobactor bacteria.....the stomach cramps i wouldnt wish on anyone,,,,,they said people get it from eating undercooked chix....but this was the only undercooked thing i ate ......odd too ,,cause it is served raw or close to it..........
