goodhue county,mn | i buy it from hy vee at the fresh counter ....ecxellant........if you want frozen , get the vacuum packed bags from any store , would think its all the same .........if a store has a fresh meat counter and they send you around a corner to a cooler......dont buy that ..it will be old and taste no good..........what recipe do you use when preparing ...i have a good one , but always curios for a new one | |
