Subject: Web page

Pittsburg, Kansas

My daughter has been playing around with making a web page for the farm. Have tried FrontPage and she could get the web page done but when she went to post it to our server it would not make the correct links - something about our server using HTM or something - obviously something I don't understand. Anyway whe started using Word 2000 and got a few rudamentary links to work.

My question - is there a good, reasonably priced or free program that a person can use to create his own web pages and links that will make something that looks decent yet doesn't take a rocket scientist to use? We only want something pretty simple so I can list stuff for sale with some pictures, etc.

Here is what she has done in Word.

Word seems terribly cumbersome - hard to move pictures around and get thing formatted correctly.
