SC MN | Big difference - maybe, but at least some difference. I say that because the amount of heat loss or gain is dependent on the difference between the inside (shop) and outside temperatures. Not really sure what your area has for average temps during the year. Obviously the same amount of insulation will make a bigger difference (energy savings) in Minnesota than where you live. One big advantage thou is that you'll eliminate any condensation on the back of the steel which might be a bigger concern where you live and the temperature in the building won't fluctuate as much during the day and night. | |
