Terrastar L is not Terrastar C Pro
Terrastar L is free, but it is for the fringe areas that may not have good WAAS coverage, ie Colorado, PNW, etc.
If your receiver is unlocked for Terrastar C Pro, it will definitely give you that option for the correction source. It sounds like the one you are referencing is not unlocked.
