Couple people can do 1 in an hour pretty easy with some cordless tools, if you are changing all 5 better plan an afternoon for a couple people. That's just belts though, nothing for Amy bad bearings, etc
We did 4 heads last winter, replaced every bearing, came apart pretty quick by the 4th one lol
