Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The Side Mount moisture assembly can be used with your YM 2000. It is powered by a separate lead to the battery. You need to cut two holes in the clean grain elevator. Grain dribbles out of the "UP" side into a chamber where the moisture sensor measures it. When the chamber gets full a proximity switch starts a small auger to move some of the grain to the "DOWN" side of the clean grain elevator. This means that "new" grain is being measured by the sensor in normal operation. |
