Are they cutting it where the heads are turning white or they cutting it right at the ground with a whole plant falls over about when it gets ripe? I had them a couple years where it took half my field just fell over right before we started straight cutting we do have some when the wheat heads out you'll see a bunch of whiteheads. I have tried solid stem wheat it does seem to help but I don't yield as good as what I found out
