Big speed bumps or ditches are very effective. You've got to sign it though, in case someone gets in a wreck. The County here, started a road base/ mag chloride operation. Now cars can comfortably go 50 MPH in a 25 zone. Sheriff says he doesn't have the man power to patrol the roads. So speed bumps and wrist rockets really help to slow people down. I hate people!
