W. Canada		As it turns out my switch circuit was shorting against one of the can bus wires in the 2nd ncv bank.

I found this out because i had voltage on my switch in and switch out plugs despite unplugging the NCVs.

I simply by passed the the ncv bank by bridging my switch cable.
