W. Canada | Thank you. I tried swapping the terminators but that did not help.
I ended up measuring resistance from each plug down the line on can lo and can hi. We discovered a wire break at the can terminator plug on the right hand side.
Now I still had about 2000ohm resistance between can hi and lo.
I made a bridge for can hi to can lo and measured resistance on the 19 pin connector which goes to the control unit. Dropped from 20k ohm to 2. The rhs connector shows 2k ohm. I will try to get new terminators tomorrow and swap more NCVs if it still won't index. | |
