You have No Idea what Putin was thinking when Trump was President unless you were Putin’s mistress and he muttered something while you were there. You have no idea what NATO leaders were thinking unless you were there and hearing and recording their thoughts and emotions as they told/screamed/pouted to you. You only have your speculation based upon what you have heard or read and the angles as such.
