All of these seem like common sense. The problem is you will see farmers spraying corn when there’s a 2 inch rain coming that night. I’m not sure who’s going to enforce it. Impossible.
Exactly. Current atrazine rules are not enforced, so why are we adding to the list that will simply be ignored?
