We've always been healthy so it's hard to point to anything, but we certainly haven't gotten sick from drinking it.  All our kids and older grandkids drink it too.   The only exceptions have been the girls when they were pregnant and kids under a year old.   The milk sure tastes better not being pasteurized and homogenized.
