| It is worth it. My wife and I did it a number of years ago. We went to Boothbay Harbor instead of Bar Harbor. We stayed at a little place called Ocean Point Inn and Resort. We also happened to eat at the place MaineFarmer mentioned by happenstance. Watched the lobster come in on the boat and go right into the restaurant. You can watch them unload right there. One of the best vacations we had. We went to a bunch of the lighthouses as well. | |
