I drink tart cherry juice several times a week for gout. Started drinking 4 0unces every day for months then backed off to few days a week. I can tell when I need to get some as my left big toe will start aching.
I buy it by the case on Amazon and is pretty reasonable. Haven't had a flare up in over a year.
