I’ve dealt with cramps my whole life as a result of a medical condition. I take magnesium and potassium eat lots of baked potatoes can’t stand bananas unless in s pie my cramps are way less than they used to be sometimes they won’t go away for 3 or 4 days I’ve cramps in my one foot right now that I’ve had since last Friday .
